KANEHARU BID (MEMBER APPLICATION & RULE)

  1. KANEHARU BID
    KANEHARU BID is open for auction bids on the internet. The bidder who offers the highest price becomes the successful bidder when the auction's dead line time. In order to participate in the auction, Please register your membership.
  2. THE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
    Please register for membership on our HP .(www.kaneharu.co.jp) We will inform your Pass Word by e-mail after received your application form. You need Pass Word when you log in KANEHARU BID. If necessary, We may ask you to pay Deposit at JPY500,000.- for registration. (You didn't business with our company before, and then you didn't business with other auction company) The deposit will be applied toward your purchase in the case of your successful bid. If your bids are unsuccessful , Your deposit will be refunded to you at once.

  3. BIDDING
    The bidder who offers the highest price becomes the successful bidder when the auction's dead line time.
  4. PRICE
    All prices are "AS IS(NO WARRANTY), Where is (Ex-KANEHARU Yokohama Yard or Hokkaido Yard) Basis. 5% Consumption Tax is not included. The bidder shall not have right to cancel or Claim that based on the mistyping or incorrectness of any information of the machine list or web site. All prices are not including for any costs (Inland charge, FOB charge etc) The bidder are 100% responsible for any costs. The currency is the only in Japanese currency. Consumption tax (5 % ) will required for Domestic trade in Japan
  5. PAYMENT
    Payments must be made in full by Cash or Remittance to our Bank Account. We will not accept payment by L/C. The Invoices will be sent to successful bidder immediately. All payments shall made by Japanese yen within 10 days after issued our invoices. By any chance, we'll request the confiscation of the deposit money and the cancellation cost (20% of the successful bid Charge) when the total amount receipt of money cannot confirm by a fixed date. In addition,this case successful bids right becomes the cancellation, too.

    There are two locations [Ex KANEHARU Yokohama Yard] OR [Ex KANEHARU Hokkaido Yard]
    Please check be carefully the location of machine on machine lists or web site.
    Shipping Charges and other costs not including price so please check on our web site.
    The delivery and shipment will be possible upon receipt of full payment from bidder.
    The bidder shall be responsible for the pull out of or shipment of the purchased machines
    within 20 days after issued invoices. Otherwise, storage fees shall be charged to bidder (JPY1,000.- per Day/Unit)
  7. INTERPRETATION AND JURISDICTION
    The interpretation of these rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the lows of Japan.
    The Yokohama district court shall be the court holding jurisdiction for the first trial for any disputes related to these rules.
